Return of Wrong – Defective Product 

If you receive a product other than the one you ordered or find any damage or deterioration please contact us immediately within 5 days of receipt by e-mail or phone and we will undertake the return of the product and re-order sending the right one at our own expense.

For replacement, the product must be in its original packaging, which must not have been tampered with or damaged and must be accompanied by the receipt.
No changes can be made after the order is completed. If the customer wants to make a change he must cancel the order and create a new one before paying and sending the first one.

The customer has the right to return ordered products in their original condition, sealed and undamaged within 14 days of receipt. The shipping costs of return are for the customers account.

Cancellation of order

 The customer has the opportunity to cancel his order by phone or via email, within 24 hours from the time of dispatch. The customer reserves the right to withdraw and cancel the order until the shipping process begins with full refund of the invoice. In case the shipping process has started, the customer can return the product by paying the shipping cost of returning the products, as it is configured depending on the country and region of shipment . The customer is responsible for any damage caused to the store by cancellation of the order.

The customer has the obligation to inform the store in case of cancellation of his order.
